Is CRISIS based on real events or real actors?

What is a matrix game?
A matrix game is a facilitated, discussion-driven wargame format in which a human controller adjudicates player arguments and actions. The format is widely used in professional education because it stays flexible where rigid rules would break.
When will CRISIS be available?
The game is in active design. The development status band on this site is updated as the project moves from Concept to Design, External Playtest, and Production.
Do reservations cost anything?
No. Reservations are free and non-binding, and no payment is collected at any point on this site.
What languages will be supported?
English first, with a Simplified Chinese edition following.
What is the companion tool?
An optional web application that assists the facilitator with bookkeeping and settlement. It is currently shown as a concept only.
